🎁Promotions

The Promotions feature empowers publishers to boost user engagement by offering bonus rewards for completing offers in your app. For example, if an offer typically rewards 100 coins, you can run a promotion to give users 120 coins (or any custom bonus) for a limited time.

Promotions are fully configurable in your PubScale Dashboard under the Offerwall section.

1. Creating a Promotion

Go to the Offerwall section, open the Overview tab, select your app from the list, then click the Promotion card in your app’s dashboard to view or create promotions. Click Create Promotion to get started.

Only one promotion can be active at a time.

1.1. Promotion Details

Promotion Name	Internal name for your reference (not shown to users)
Promotion Display Name	Name shown to users on the offerwall (e.g., New Year Offer)
Increase Percentage	Enter the percentage by which you want to increase the default offer reward for users (e.g., 20 for +20% bonus, so a 100 coin reward becomes 120 coins).
Date Range	Set when the promotion should be active (Start/End date & time, local timezone is auto-applied). Note: The promotion duration must be between 1 and 7 days (minimum 1 day, maximum 7 days).
Targeting	Optionally select target countries to include or exclude
Promotion Banner	(Optional) Upload a banner image to visually highlight your promotion (JPG/PNG, max 1MB)

A live preview will appear in the right pane, instantly reflecting any changes you make.

This promotional bonus is provided by you (the publisher) to drive user engagement. The cost of the extra reward will be deducted from your margin, not the advertiser’s.

2. How Promotions Work

• User View: Users see the promotion and the increased reward directly in the offerwall, along with your custom banner (if provided).

• Reward Calculation: The user receives the base reward plus the promotional bonus. Example: If the base reward is 100 coins and the promotion is +20%, the user gets 120 coins.

3. Promotion Scheduling

• Start Immediately: The promotion is active as soon as you create it.

• Start Later: Set a custom start date and time.

• End Date: The promotion automatically ends at your specified date and time.

Promotions Actions (Edit/Enable/Disable)

💡 In the Offerwall > Promotions section, publishers can view all their promotions and easily edit, activate, deactivate any promotion directly from the list.
